Eligibility Criteria for UP’s Biggest Model Brand Collab Festival

To ensure a fair and professional competition, the following eligibility criteria apply for models, designers, and makeup artists participating in the event.

👗 For Models:

✅ Age Requirement: 16 to 30 years (Minors must have parental consent).
✅ Height Requirement: Minimum height 5’2” (158 cm).
✅ Gender: Open to all genders.
✅ Experience: Both aspiring and professional models are welcome.
✅ Registration: Models must complete the registration form at least two weeks before the event and provide accurate personal and professional details (Govt. ID proof required, e.g., Aadhaar Card).
✅ Audition Requirement: Attendance at the free audition is mandatory to qualify.
✅ Dress Code for Auditions:

• Females: Plain jeans & fitted top.
• Males: Fitted T-shirt & jeans.

✅ Commitment: Models must be available for fittings, rehearsals, and the event schedule provided by organizers.
✅ Professionalism: Models must maintain a professional attitude throughout all event-related activities.

Designer

✅ Age Requirement: 18+ years.
✅ Experience: Open to both emerging & established designers.
✅ Collection Submission: Designers must submit a preview or portfolio of their collection for approval.
✅ Original Work: Designs must be original and not copied from existing collections.
✅ Showcase Requirement: Designers must provide their own outfits for the runway show.
✅ Commitment:

• Designers must ensure their models are available for fittings, rehearsals, and the main event as per the provided schedule.
• Designers are responsible for providing well-fitted and complete outfits for their registered models.
• Professional conduct is expected at all times during the event.

   

✅ Usage of Likeness & Liability:

• Designers grant permission for their collections to be photographed and used for promotional and marketing purposes.
• The organizers will not be liable for any damage, loss, or theft of costumes or accessories during the event.
• Designers are responsible for the maintenance and security of their outfits.
• Designers who fail to adhere to the terms and conditions may have their participation terminated without a refund or compensation.

For Makeup Artists:

✅ Age Requirement: 18+ years.
✅ Experience: Open to both freelance & professional makeup artists.
✅ Portfolio Submission: Must submit examples of previous makeup work for approval.
✅ Tools & Products: Artists must bring their own makeup kits & tools for the event.
✅ Creativity & Professionalism: Must be able to handle different skin tones & fashion looks.

General Rules for All Participants

✔ All participants must complete their registration within the specified deadline.
✔ Accurate personal and professional details (including Govt. ID proof, e.g., Aadhaar Card) must be provided.
✔ Participants must meet the age and experience requirements outlined for their respective categories.

2️⃣ Commitment & Professional Conduct

✔ Participants must be available for fittings, rehearsals, and the main event as per the schedule provided by organizers.
✔ A professional demeanor is expected at all times during event-related activities.
✔ Misbehavior, unprofessional conduct, or failure to follow event guidelines will lead to immediate disqualification.

3️⃣ Usage of Likeness & Media Rights

✔ By participating, individuals grant full permission to the organizers to use their images, videos, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes.
✔ No participant shall claim additional compensation for media coverage or event promotions.

4️⃣ Liability & Security

✔ The organizers will not be liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, costumes, or accessories during the event.
✔ Participants are responsible for the maintenance and security of their own items, including outfits, makeup kits, and tools.
